​​​​​​​Vulnerability is experienced in so many ways and in so many instances that go beyond our relationships, which is why exploring it through inner growth is so amazing. Until you begin an inner growth journey, relationships are where you will tend to notice and feel vulnerability most. This is why there's a tendency to work with others on vulnerability, when there's mutual feelings and trust. When you get to know and work with your vulnerabilities from within (heart and mind), on your own, this helps you with these moments and your relationships. Getting to know your vulnerabilities from within, allows you to grow, to act from a place of calm and love, and to be open mind and heart when it comes about. Being able to do this gets others to feel more at ease about expressing their vulnerability with you thanks to the place of openness you're at from the heart and mind, which in turn is beneficial to all your relationships.

​​​​​​​​Being vulnerable is something everyone talks about, but the inner work that comes with this, is in-depth and full of emotions that need your love and inner focus. The time to think through what is happening on an emotional level and using your inner growth mindset to go beyond the initial starting place of your thought process in the moment of vulnerability itself is of the utmost importance. As you make time for this by raising your consciousness to the opportunity for inner contemplation and processing, you allow yourself to ease into the uncomfortable feelings that come with vulnerability, and thanks to you being with you (since it's the act of inner contemplation from your cosmic consciousness to look at the secondary consciousness and emotions around it), the safety feeling comes too. Once you're in your heart-mind centeredness feeling, you begin exploring the human elements, the essence of you elements, the unknowns of life elements, and more with that one aspect of vulnerability you're facing. Through an inner growth journey and mindset, you completely acknowledge that vulnerability while resolving any non-flow feelings (fear, hurt, uncomfortable, etc.) to establish a harmonious inner and outer relationship with it, which allows you to be at your best (flow feelings like loving and calm ones) when dealing with the vulnerability in your relationships or any situation.
