When it comes to being you it requires an effort to work with yourself, which in turn requires inner exploration. Through inner growth you choose to work solely with your person and render the experiences and events outside of you part of that process. This means seeing things that stop you as things that aren’t stopping you per se, but if anything, things that give you the opportunity to be yourself and not in a way that requires the external to do so. This means, being yourself without imposing your person, beliefs, characteristics, and all that it means to be human on others.

Being you is something that begins and ends from within, the way you act in life then defines the choices you make since your mind and heart, your words and actions, and how you treat life and others is all defined by you as you take that first step, speak that first word, share that first feeling, and when something isn’t in a loving place, work on it with yourself to be the person that your heart desires which is always going to be from a place of love. Where there is hurt or not love, this is the opportunity to choose who you want to be, and you do so through the way you face the hurt or non-loving situation. It doesn’t entail judgement of yourself or others to be you, it entails you taking complete ownership of you in all loving, understanding, neutral, and patient ways. Choosing not to see “stop” as a “stop”, but instead as the ways that you will lead to growth, expansion, life serving and promoting choices thanks to the relationship you have and the ownership you have of your mind and heart, which are what make you human and bring forth all the things you’re going to embark on getting to the depths of from within you.
