Inspiring Human Potential – Inner Growth Mindset Insight of The Day 38 – Accepting How You Are Removes Part Of The Struggle
Exploring in what ways accepting how you are removes part of the struggle when dealing with the unexpected and overall life events; how the inner growth journey and mindset get you to identify what’s in need of acceptance; what you learn about you through the process of acceptance; how unconditional love is brought to the forefront for self and others; and in what ways acceptance reduces struggle, as well as allows you to find inner and outer harmony with the situation at hand.
Inner Growth Mindset Topic of Day
In accepting how you are by raising your consciousness to part of the struggle at hand and going within (to mind and heart), you gain a sense of lightness as you contemplate the multiple options, variables and/or events (including the unknown and/or unwanted components to the variables and/or event) you’re dealing with and/or deciding on. The inner growth journey and mindset get you identify the part of the inner struggle with how you are inclined to think through and feel about things. You do this from a place of neutrality and with self-empowerment and unconditional love in mind so that you can stop battling the way you process things and focus on the situation at hand with how you are, not against it. This gives you a sense of flow within, which allows for more thinking without feeling overwhelmed, making the process of deciding and/or dealing with something a lot smoother.
Inner Growth Mindset Exploration of the Day
Not accepting how you are is not something that is always picked up on consciously because usually it isn’t done on purpose, you naturally (automatically) think things through and that’s that; and since it arises when you are not finding solutions and/or answers to something you’re questioning, dealing with, deciding, and so on, your focus is on what is outside of you (not within). Through an inner growth journey and mindset, you raise your consciousness to this aspect of how you’re thinking something through (mind), as well as what feelings are present (heart) as you think. From this state of higher consciousness (cosmic consciousness) you begin to see in what ways you are not favoring the thought process because of the focus on how others do it or how others have advised you to do it or even taught you to do it. You notice this by noticing the feelings from within alongside the thought. Where there is flow there will be harmony mind and heart, but where there is struggle there will be mind that may think one thing and heart that isn’t flowing about it. As you look within (through inner growth) you are able to identify your heart and mind’s flow, which gets them to align (and in doing so, remove that part of the struggle).
