Inner Growth Mindset Topic of Day
When you look to allow you to be you, you also keep in mind doing the same for others. This is done in acknowledging various aspects of you, such as your ego/self, your emotional layers and bodily responses (inner flow, calm, comfort, or the opposite), and your mental layers which involve opinions, thoughts with preferences and your preferred sources, and duality with neutrality to see the two sides equally. All of these aspects are what lead the person who is pursuing inner growth to level up thanks to their unconditional love and neutrality application towards self and others. In time, being yourself comes with the flow and freedom of unconditional love and neutrality (from heart, mind and body), while also being in the same feeling mode with others. This creates expansive conversations and interactions, while also different pursuits for the person looking to make a difference in the world through the person they are and how they respond to differences. You stop being the person who says it’s ok to be yourself according to the set list of “Ok and not Ok”, and you start being the person who doesn’t say “it’s ok or not ok”; because you are you, and they are they. The expression each is through the exchange of words at hand, the treatment of each other in that moment, and respecting differences. By using one’s mouth (words) to calmly settle any differences or removing one’s self from the situation you allow you to be you and them to be them.

By always being focused on your person in a way that gets you to come forth from the heart and with heart, you find harmony within you on a number of aspects that involve acceptance of you as you. Alongside this inner growth journey, you realize how the same acceptance from the heart is all others want too. It is in these moments of allowing you to be you that you grow the allowance from heart and mind towards others as well and allow the same for every individual in your life and the world. You know that you can’t help them get inner self-acceptance and love, but by you accepting them with unconditional love and neutrality, the same way you do with yourself and being you, that maybe one day, they too will be able to achieve this place of allowance. For your personal journey, being yourself from the heart and mind with inner growth in the forefront gives you the expansion of being in flow from the body and therefore to continuously grow tapping into the higher consciousness of you and tap into the infinite higher human potential you hold in thought and feeling, and bring it forth in your day-to-day through the person you are in your actions, words, thoughts, projects, and so on.
