To be all of you means to accept all of you, for the traits that you do not wish to keep will not be or stay; especially, once you have decided what all of you is. Labeling parts of you as ‘good or bad’ is not what gets you to become you; it keeps you in a place of duality that judges yourself and/or the external. As you pursue inner growth, you move beyond duality and in neutrality. Here you explore the labels ‘good or bad’ and find the traits that you struggle with due to ego/self wanting the external’s approval or due to the external’s ‘good or bad’ label. In both cases, you make a choice that involves the expansion of you and the love you hold for ego/self, while accepting with neutrality the external’s subjective thoughts and judgements on that specific trait in question. You choose what it is that you want to do with that part of you, not because of ‘good or bad’, but because it is a part of you.

As long as you depend on the external for the parts of you, your labels will always include ‘good or bad’. It is only when you decide who you are through and through, heart and mind, as a person, that you will successfully stop labeling any and all parts of you with those words. You respect ego/self and others, you respect life and others, you have no reason to label a part of you as ‘good or bad’. That’s not how you allow yourself to believe in yourself or follow your chosen path. It is how to stay in the same relationship with yourself that you had when you were a child, a teenager, a young adult, and all age groups where a person has no relationship with their own ego/self, for they are labeling themselves continuously with the outside’s definition of who they are without realizing it. It is an every-day choice to be you or be you according to what others say you are. Through inner growth you pick up on this choice you hold from within in the every-day. From here, every day you choose what makes you – you; and what this means to the parts of you that become and are parts of the person you are through all you do, say, and express with yourself and the external.
