Inspiring Human Potential – Inner Growth Mindset Insight of The Day 291 – Acknowledging and Tending To The Ego Makes You Less Selfish
Exploring how acknowledging and tending to the ego makes you less selfish; how the inner growth journey, mindset and lifestyle get you to see and pursue your explorations of this in cosmic consciousness; how it is always a choice at your disposal, accessible by you in any and all moments; what changes this brings to your life when faced with life moments and circumstances; how mind and heart flow are a part of the process too; why your higher infinite human potential is always a major player and accessible through your ability to tap into your higher cosmic consciousness; and how the determining factor will always be you, your belief in life and yourself and whether or not you allow your heart to lead the way in flow with unconditional love and neutrality towards self and others, particularly when the unknown elements of life, the void space of tomorrow's unknown, presents itself to your conscious mind.
Inner Growth Mindset Topic of Day
When you can love all of you unconditionally and stop holding against others what is who they are, you begin to live life with less taking and more giving. This giving goes both ways, towards self and others. You give to you and all your ego/self’s needs without seeking it from others or expecting it, and without holding it against others when or if they can’t fulfill your needs (emotional, financial, ego-boost – confidence, etc.). This journey is one that inner growth allows you to apply with neutrality towards your own ego, which is the reason your ego stops being selfish outside of itself so to speak, where you are taking from others. As you explore what the ego is speaking through its non-flowing/unhappy feelings and thoughts, you find where you can bring forth the flow/happiness. When you acknowledge and tend to your ego/self this way, you are allowing you to express all emotions and feelings, which means you’re not keeping them pent up or being unconscious about them. With ego/self awareness from a place of neutrality and live you move through inner growth to provide your ego/self the sense of comfort and security it is seeking to feel reassured and you also decide with trust in you, on the next steps that you alone will take to work through whatever is going on. The external (life, others, all that is not a part of your body, heart and mind, so you) is not involved in the process except for having brought to your awareness something through the interaction that took place that got you to go to the ego in the first place and see what was going on.
Inner Growth Mindset Exploration of the Day
Through the conscious living space you are mindful of the ego/self’s needs in a way that caters to the emotions and thoughts taking place. It is through those two elements that you are experiencing your ego/self, which is why as you focus on them you take care of them too. The external is not part of the problem or solution, in fact there really isn’t a problem that needs fixing, there is an area that the ego needs your attention and affection is all. This is the case, for the person who is self-empowered from within and actively pursuing inner growth from within. With a mind-heart communication that leads from your very own heart you are able to get to the place of inner harmony that creates ego/self’s sense of peace and security. In the process of achieving this you have taken measures to help the inner world of you to be ok. For the external, you do what you can to respond with a selfless ego, so one that does not apply anything non-loving towards the external, as well as yourself. No side is excluded from deserving love, kindness, compassion, and neutrality to be in a full open heart and mind mode, to share this experience called life.
