Through inner growth, you explore areas of hurt and bring healing, while also trying new ways to express that trait, quality or thought in an effort that can meet the essence of you and the external’s ways. It isn’t a straightforward road, it’s one of tests and trial, all tested and tried from the heart and mind of you in time. It is because you give yourself the ok to be you that being you becomes ok, but so does being one’s self and this means others being able to share with you who they are, as they are. This doesn’t mean being the same or thinking the same or the opposite, it simply means knowing that it’s ok to be you and that we have mouths to speak and emotions to work with, and minds to help us think and learn and grow, individually, and together.

When you learn to be ok with who you are from within you, it is a feeling that you never forget. All weight is lifted from the heart and mind, all tension from the body and self/ego; you are you, and know that it’s ok, because it doesn’t mean you can’t relate to others or be kind to others or anything of that nature. It is you knowing in cosmic consciousness and at heart that you can express your thoughts, feelings, and have exchanges with others from self/ego, without getting upset or defensive. You don’t get upset or defensive because you’ve accepted all that it is to be you when you began going within to deal with the things that brought you away from being yourself. Thanks to taking ownership of your person, doing the unconditionally loving and neutral explorations and interactions with self and the external, you arrive at the core of your heart’s message to your self/ego: it’s ok to be yourself. A very short sentence that fills your heart with love when it is thought and felt for your person with no self/ego that is in competition with others, but simply a self/ego that is unconditionally loving towards their person and humanity as whole with all the diversity of each self/ego, and the knowledge of supporting each other as much as possible along this journey to accepting ourselves from the heart and mind in flow.
