Before one can talk with transparency with others, there is the path of acquiring full transparency with one’s self in all the layers of the self that are a part of human life, which are linked to ego/self, emotions, identity, culture, unconscious and subconscious and more. The inner world of a person is vast and deep. In time, with unconditional love for self and the external, and through contemplative moments that lead with neutrality in duality, a person achieves the growth of transparency with the different layers of them and the ability to not label the external with their own layers is the first step to then being able to talk with transparency to others as well.

Inner Growth Mindset Exploration of the Day
Talking with transparency gets easier in time because you learn through inner growth your foundational starting point of contemplation (your ego/self and the way it thinks and why and so on) and therefore come at things with an open mind and heart to more than just what is yours. This means yours is known and therefore needs no more questionings, simply communicating if that is required or desired. However, knowing that in front of you or in the external there are different foundations for others, gets you to observe and try to communicate your foundation in the best way possible that communicates the foundation in the language of the external or others you are communicating with and to about the topic at hand. It is one of those practices that the person with the inner growth mindset and lifestyle at heart will take to with great fascination, curiosity, love, patience, and awe. All is a learning opportunity, all is a loving opportunity, all is transparent on more than one layer of the person, others, and the external.
