Going beyond a repetitive reset requires the capacity to grow yourself from a steady, empowered baseline.

Leaders are driven to go beyond a reset practice thanks to staying true to themselves with secure attachment and a steady self-image, aka restorative embodiment self-aware, accountable, and regulating people.

From this autonomous self-regulation ability, in moments of pressure, a steady ventral baseline or narrowed window of tolerance is consciously navigated through somatic-mindset micro-habits.

Real leadership wants to empower and expand their level of authenticity, discernment, intelligence, and relational integrity.

Fake leadership perform a circus act in the survival-defensive mode, even spending millions on each other's 'transformational workshops' and personal growth practices or spiritual ascension retreats.

As they perpetuate reset loops, the conscious self-led leader perpetuates an infinite higher human consciousness somatic-mindset loop that expands the mind to more knowledge and the heart with more compassion, and the overall stance of an equanimous, discerning, loving leader comes forth, teaching others how to do the same and lead for future generations to come, the RIGHT way.

By maintaining empowered composure, we provide the co-regulating capacity the room needs to stay on track with things, the mutual respect every person deserves - to be seen, soothed, safe, and secure to be themselves -, and the capacity to maintain the necessary order for everything to keep functioning at its best, while knowing the best doesn't mean perfect or in the absence of imperfections and mistakes.

Leaders walk a walk and talk a talk.

Be yourself the SMART way, and choose the MICRO-HABIT of being authentically and vulnerably you with the wisdom of the mind and heart conjoined.

Love,

Maria
